About DAKO

DAKO is a digital agency based in Estonia that designs and builds websites, AI automations, and digital products.

Using the website

You may browse and link to our content for personal or business use. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse our original code, copy, or design without written permission.

Service engagements

Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement that specifies scope, deliverables, timeline, and price. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer on its own.

Minor edits. Where a package includes a post-launch window of minor edits, "minor edits" means small adjustments to what was delivered — typos, copy tweaks, image swaps, small spacing or layout corrections, and similarly scoped changes. Anything that introduces new pages, new features, redesign work, or new integrations is treated as additional scope and quoted separately.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, DAKO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Estonia unless mandatory consumer protection rules say otherwise.
