About DAKO

DAKO is a digital agency in Estonia. We design and build websites, AI automations, and digital products.

Using the website

You may browse the site and link to our content for personal or business use. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse our original code, text, or design without written permission.

Service engagements

Paid work is covered by a separate written agreement. That agreement sets the scope, what we deliver, the timeline, and the price. Nothing on this website is a binding offer on its own.

Minor edits. If a package includes a window for small edits after launch, "minor edits" means small changes to what we already delivered: typos, copy tweaks, image swaps, small spacing or layout fixes, and changes of a similar size. New pages, new features, redesign work, and new integrations are extra work, and we quote them separately.

Liability

The site is provided as is. As far as the law allows, DAKO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from using the site.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of Estonia. Disputes are handled by the courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules say otherwise.
