What we collect

When you submit our contact form we receive your name, email address, and any optional details you include (company, phone, selected services, message).

With each submission we also record technical context to see where the enquiry came from: the page you submitted from, referring site, approximate location and IP address, browser language, device/browser, analytics identifiers (Google/Meta), and basic on-site activity such as the pages you viewed and number of visits.

When you visit the site we use analytics and advertising tools — Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics, Ahrefs Web Analytics, and the Meta (Facebook) pixel — which may record usage data such as page views, referrer, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers and run on every visit.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are forwarded to our internal Telegram workspace so we can reply within 24 hours. We do not use them for marketing and we do not share them with third parties.

Analytics data helps us understand which pages are useful and where to improve the site. The Meta pixel helps us measure and improve the performance of our advertising.

Legal basis

We process your contact form data on the basis of your explicit request for a quote or information (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Analytics and advertising data are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website and our marketing (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can opt out at any time using your browser settings or the controls described in our Cookie policy.

Retention

Contact form messages are kept for as long as the conversation is active and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email info@dako.ee and we will respond within 30 days.
