Cookie policy
Last updated: 24 September 2026
DAKO uses a few cookies and similar tools so the site works, so we can see how people use it, and so we can measure our ads. This page says what they do and how you can control them.
Essential cookies
These are needed for the site to work, for example to remember the language you picked. They stay on.
Analytics and advertising cookies
We use Google Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics to measure page views and performance, and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure our ads. They run on every visit. Most of the data is aggregated, but Google Analytics and the Meta pixel can use identifiers that relate to you. You can block them or opt out as described below.
Browser storage
We also save a small note in your browser's local storage about how you first found us, for example a campaign tag or the site you came from. If you send the contact form, this tells us where the enquiry came from. You can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser.
How to manage cookies
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Most browsers put this in the Privacy section. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on, and manage Meta's advertising cookies in your Facebook ad settings.
