What platforms do you work on?
Anything where we can get into the code: WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace, Next.js, plain HTML, and more. If you can give us access, we can usually help.
Do I need to switch agencies or sign a contract?
No. You stay with whoever built the site. We're an extra pair of hands you bring in when the original team is unavailable, slow, or stuck on a specific issue.
How is time tracked and billed?
We track time in 15-minute increments and send you an itemised log with each invoice. We never start without an approved estimate, so you won't get a surprise bill.
What if I just need a one-off fix, not ongoing support?
That's the most common case. Pay for the hours, get the fix, and you're done. No retainer, no minimum, no follow-up sales emails.
Does my website need to meet the European Accessibility Act?
If you sell online to consumers in the EU, most likely yes. The Act has applied since 28 June 2025 and covers online shops and similar consumer services. Very small businesses that provide services (fewer than 10 people and under €2 million a year) are exempt. We can check your site against it and fix the main problems.
