The request

CyberSafe teaches people in Tallinn how not to get scammed. Group classes for adults and for kids aged 9 to 14, private sessions for families, and staff training for companies. The people who need it most are often the least comfortable online, and they speak Estonian, Russian or English. The site had to explain four very different courses to four very different readers, show prices up front, and make booking a seat feel as easy as making a phone call.

How we did it

1

One page per course, one reader per page

A grandmother, a parent and an HR manager don't ask the same questions. So each course got its own page: who it's for, what's covered, how long it takes, how big the group is, and the price. Nobody has to dig through the other courses to find their answer.

2

Big type, plain words, real numbers

We kept the design calm and easy to read: large text, strong contrast, one clear button on every screen. The home page opens with real figures on how much Estonians lose to scammers, so visitors see why the course matters before they read anything else.

3

Three languages, written properly

Estonian is the main version, with Russian and English on their own URLs. Each one was written for its readers, not pushed through a translator. A blog with practical warnings, like fake Smart-ID requests and phone fraud, gives Google and AI search something useful to show.

4

Requests go straight to Telegram

The booking form sends every request straight to the team's Telegram chat, with spam protection built in. Every page is built in advance, so the site opens fast even on an old phone with a weak connection.
