The request
Rolly makes handheld roller stamps that print your logo as one continuous band across boxes, bags and tissue paper. People love it once they see it working, but every roller is engraved to order, so the shop had to do more than take payments. Customers needed to upload artwork, approve a proof, pick the right ink for their packaging and pay in their own currency. The owners needed one place to run orders, proofs and shipping.
How we did it
Show the stamp doing its job
Nobody searches for a "roller stamp". They search for a way to brand their packaging. So the shop leads with the result: a band of logo running across a parcel. We added plain guides on how it works, which ink suits which surface and how to prepare artwork, plus pages for bakeries, florists, coffee shops and the other businesses that use it.
Custom orders without the back-and-forth
You add your logo or text in the editor, or send the file with your order. After checkout the team prepares a free proof, and nothing gets engraved until you approve it. Artwork and proofs are stored privately and shown only to the customer they belong to.
Five currencies, one honest price
Prices show in euros, US dollars, pounds, Canadian and Australian dollars. One piece of code decides what gets charged, and tests check it, so the price on the page is always the price at checkout. Stripe takes the payment, and delivery tracking updates on its own.
An admin panel the owners actually use
Orders, proofs, products, shipping rates and customer email all live in one admin panel. The owners change prices and add products themselves, without calling a developer. Before every release, automated tests walk through a full purchase in three browsers.
